We took Miko to the beach for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Although he doesn't look too excited in these pictures, he actually really enjoyed it. He LOVES being in the water!
We went to a small beach access close to Gyro Beach for our first time.
I didn't want to risk dropping my phone in the lake so I was restricted to beach photos only.
This past weekend we braved the crowds and went to Gyro beach. It was above 30 degrees but a huge cloud rolled in and blocked the sun the entire time we were there. I liked that the sun wasn't beating down on us, usually it is too hot.
And here we are at Kalamalka Lake in Vernon, it was totally worth the trip. The sun was out the whole day so we were thankful for our new beach tent.
We brought a picnic lunch in our bento boxes.
We sure love our new beach tent!
Miko had another eventful day, he slept the whole drive home in the car.
Going to the beach as a family is such fun and we can't wait to do it again.
look at those teeth! he is changing so much! can't wait to catch up soon I feel like it has been so long now!
