This button leaf has been sitting on my craft desk for a couple of months... I finally made a makeshift frame for it and now it is ready to be 'done' and hung. Sometimes I take a while to officially finish a craft. If it doesn't feel complete and I can't figure out what it needs, I'll just set it aside until I get a Eureka moment. Sometimes it takes longer than others :)
I made the frame out of pieces of cardboard and then carefully wrapped some brown yarn around it. The buttons and thread go pretty well together I think ;);)
